cleanlist.com, inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices. Under no circumstances, will cleanlist.com, inc. rent, trade, loan or otherwise share any information regarding its users with any other organization unless required by a court of law. Mailing list data is used exclusively for the purpose of completing the work requested.
Our site's registration and order form requires that you provide contact information (name, company, address, email). We use your contact information to communicate with you regarding the status of an order, to follow-up regarding the status of quotations requested, and to send you general communications regarding our company and its offerings. You may opt out of receiving marketing and general communication mailings (see the choice/opt out section below).
Other, information we request on our registration form are used for market needs analysis. Better understanding our users' needs and profiles allows us to improve our offerings and provide you with better value.
Cleanlist.com uses cookies, which are small snippets of data that can be sent between a web server and a web browser, where they are retained in memory or on disk. Your web browser must be configured to accept cookies to use cleanlist.com. When you log in with a user ID and password, a cookie is used to help the server keep track of your session. No actual user information is stored in or transferred using cookies -- the cookie data is just a randomly generated code. Incidentally, all cookies sent and received on the cleanlist.com site are encrypted using SSL.

Cleanlist.com has several security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure web server (used for all information gathering and list upload requirements) is hosted in our own physically secure data center (we don't outsource hosting to an ISP). Only designated employees of cleanlist.com have access to your data. All information we receive is uploaded in an encrypted form that meets or exceeds standard industry practices for processing secure transactions. An automated "sweeping" process is in place to transfer all mailing lists and other information we receive on our secure web server to our non-Internet, internal processing systems on a high-frequency basis. Further, we can provide you with a confidentiality agreement that states our policy to never use your data for any purpose other than to complete the work requested.
Cleanlist.com provides you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving general and marketing communications. All such communications provide an opt-out option. Simply click on the opt-out link included in the footer of each message. You mail also send an email from the address you used to sign-up to unsubscribe@cleanlist.com.
